2017 Friday 3rd February - AWESOME DISCOVERY  

 My students love Drama

Students were asked to form their own social groups to read plays from Speak Out Theatre. (Great job everyone)

They also had to work out what was needed to be considered to form a good working group. e.g.

Communication

Listening when others are reading

Expressing an opinion
Good choices about who to work with.
Work out how to choose a part

Students discussing who should be the leader and what character they would like to play. (Lots of excitement doing this).

During the first reading of the play, everyone concentrated on using good voice expressions. They even changed their accent if they wanted to. (This will develop once everyone feels less shy and becomes more confident).

Getting to know the play and their characters 

Well done to everyone, it was lovely to watch how engrossed you all were in doing this activity.
